SPECIAL OFFER PACKAGES

Package must be taken as a whole package. No refund or substitutes are given for any items on the package not utilized.
No Refund for early departure or incomplete stay

SALES SERVICE TAX

All the above package rates, room rates, transfer rates, boat rates and every & any other activities is subjected to additional SST tax of 6%

GOVERNMENT TOURISM TAX

Non-Malaysians are subjected to Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before the expiry of the payment deadline given. Upon the expiry of the deadline, the booking will be automatically cancel without any further notice.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancellation of bookings after full payment was remitted, the following cancellation policies applies:-
a. More than 1 month to arrival date: Full Refund less Admin Fees (3%) of total value
b. 3 weeks or more to arrival date: 70% Refund less Admin Fees (3%) of total value
c. 2 weeks or more to arrival date: 50% Refund less Admin Fess (3%) of total value
d. Less than 2 weeks: No Refund
NO REFUND will be made in whole or in part for any unused days or unconsumed food at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who does not show up will be charged in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons
REVISION of rates is subject to resort discretion and without prior notice

Full payment must be made payable to D-Coconut Lagoon Sdn Bhd
Payment can be in the form of cheques/ direct credit/banks drafts. Fax bank transaction slips or documents to us as confirmation of payment.

MARINE CONVERSATION FEES

There is a Marine Conservation Fee of RM 5 per Malaysian & RM30 per Foreign Guest chargeable all the mainland entry points. The price is subject to change.

ELECTRICITY

In line with our green sustainability approach, there is a 3 hour power conservation daily (03.00pm - 06.00pm) on the off-peak months of February, March and October. There will be 24-hours electricity from April to September unless due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.

Rates: RM65 Per Head (Adult/Child) - Min 2 pax
(Airport transfers to Merang takes between 30 mins to 45 mins)

BUS TRANSFER

Kuala Terengganu Bus Terminal > Merang > Kuala Terengganu Bus Terminal

Rates: RM70 Per Head (Adult/Child) - Min 2 pax
(KT Bus Station transfer to Merang takes between 60 mins to 75 mins)

All guests requesting for Land Transfer need to provide their full name and passport or NRIC no. upon confirmation of transfer bookings.
For Guests taking FLIGHTS, to ensure smooth connection with our boat transfer to the island, these are the recommended flight timings:-

KUALA LUMPUR (KUL) TO KUALA TERENGGANU (TGG)

any flight before 8:00 am (0800 Hrs)

KUALA TERENGGANU (TGG) TO KUALA LUMPUR

any flight after 3:45 pm (1545 Hrs)

Merang Jetty to Pulau Lang Tengah:

Pulau Lang Tengah to Merang Jetty:

12:00 pm afternoon only

Adult: RM 120 per pax
Child: RM 95 per pax
Boat journey between Merang Jetty to Lang Tengah Island takes between 45 mins to 60 mins; depending on sea conditions.

PRIVATE BOAT CHARTER RATES

Merang Jetty to Lang Tengah Island:

RM550 per boat/ one way (Max: 10 pax)

Lang Tengah Island to Redang Island:

RM550 per boat/ one way (Max: 4 pax)

Lang Tengah Island to Perhentian Island:

RM550 per boat/ one way (Max: 4 pax)

The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat timing due to sea, weather and tide conditions.
The resort will not be held responsible for any delayed on arrival due to flight delays or rescheduling, or any delay in 3rd party transportations for whatever reasons which will subsequently missed our 10.00am boat to the resort. Those who missed the boat will have to charter their own boat.
The resort will not be held responsible for any missed transport connections, whether flights, buses, train or any 3rd party transport, resulting from delays in the boat transfer arising from weather, seas, winds and tide conditions or/and due to any unexpected mechanical breakdown of the boat.
